   1. The board is unanimous in its opposition to high density development on N. Table Mountain.
   2. Issues – Out of character for Fairmont area, volume of traffic along 58^th/60^th and Easley Rd., runoff and the impact to Ramstetter Creek.
   3. 7 houses in The Trails technically in the flood plain.
   4. Letter to all residents to be mailed by Cindi P.
