1. March Minutes
   1. April minutes were reviewed and approved.
2. Treasurer’s Report
   1. No Report
3. Spring Maintenance
   1. Great turn out for the spring cleanup. Thank you to all that participated.
   2. Bob M received a quote to remove the two trees in the creek area for $2500.00 and to chip all of the branches which will be 4 hours at $150.00 per hour. Approved via email.

New Business

1. Fall Picnic
   1. Picnic will be August 11 and rain out date will be August 18th. The HOA will supply the meat and neighbors will supply side dishes and desserts.
2. HOA Improvements
   1. Would like ideas from the neighbors on improvements to the development. Ask Michele to put on the website for neighbors to make suggestions. Some ideas are update entrances and park beaches around the neighborhood.
3. Seasonal Ground Maintenance
   1. Justin will continue to mow the outside perimeter of the development.
   2. Trevor Smith will continue to weed the entrances.
   3. Open position mowing the island area in the development.
