1. March Minutes
   1. March minutes reviewed and approved.
2. Treasurer’s Report
   1. No report given.
3. Denver Water Project
   1. 1. The contractor will move the equipment to the far east end closest to Easley. Bob will contact the contractor regarding the remediation concerns and how the water table is going to be controlled. John Andrews will contact Lucas with other concerns and will report back to us next month. Terry will contact Jefferson county regarding fill and restoration process.

New Business

1. Spring Clean-up
   1. May 18^th from 9:00 – 12:00 Rain out date will be June 1^st. Clean up the creek on the west end of the property, weed pulling in the front entrances, trash pick up. Replace broken fence posts and rails.
2. HOA Insurance
   1. HOA Insurance was reviewed and we currently have 1-million-dollar policy for spill and fall.  We can increase to a 2-million-dollar policy for $119 more per year.  Board approved to move ahead and change the policy to 2 million dollars.
3. Control Burn
   1. Control burn on certain areas of the open space mainly by the creek area.  John Andrews will contact the fire dept and find out more information.
