1. June Minutes
   1. June minutes were reviewed and approved.
2. Treasurer’s Report
   1. No Report
3. BBQ & Picnic
   1. Will be held on August 11th at 4:00. The HOA will supply the meat and neighbors will supply side dishes and desserts. Will need volunteers to help setup the Tents, table and chairs that morning of the event.

New Business

1. Denver Water Project
   1. Bob contacted the Denver Water board and was told they will not be starting on the project that is adjacent to our development till mid to late 2019.h. John Andrew address the Status of maintain the creek by his property. The HOA has continued to maintain that area for the past two years.
2. Suggestions for HOA Improvements
   1. Controlled burn in the open space to get rid of the thatch that has accumulated over the past years. Board will add to the suggestion list.
   2. Playground area designated for the neighborhood kids.
   3. Change the lettering on the front entrances.
   4. Change out the gravel to river rock.
   5. Add Benches around the neighborhood.
