Treasurer’s Report
1. Cindy provided a 2018 summary and 2019 projection.
2. We overpaid trash twice so our 2018 summary looks off, but it will be corrected after the start of the year.
3. Based on our current income and expenses, our savings levels should be at $40k next year.
4. We agreed to set aside $8 for neighborhood improvements.
5. We agreed to add $2k for tree maintenance.
Denver Water Project
1. The company that has the contract to perform the pipe installation has contacted the board to discuss staging pipe and equipment on our property.
2. They have stated that they will not pay for staging
3. There will be further meetings regarding this topic.

Trailer Issue
1. House at 17669 West 58^th Drive.
2. House has been under construction for over a year.
3. The owner has left a trailer in the driveway the entire time.
4. Weeds are not being taken care of.
5. Trees are overgrown and are sending up suckers in neighbors yards.
6. Terry was to attend to speak with the owner about the issues.
Request to Install Solar Panels
1. House at 5930 Virgil.
2. The owner has submitted a request to install solar panels.
3. The request is signed by the neighbors facing the house.
Election of new officers have been approved.
