The Trails HOA sponsors an annual picnic for all homeowners to enjoy. The picnic is usually held around the time school starts in August or September. The event is located on the neighborhood streets. For the past few years members of the HOA Board have cooked the main part of the meal, with attending homeowners being asked to bring desserts and other add-ons.

A fun Jumping Castle is usually provided for the children, and tents with plenty of tables and chairs are set up for dining and visiting. Serving starts about 5PM. Homeowners don’t need to bring anything but themselves. This is the best way to meet new homeowners and build community.
