3. HOA Updates
   1. Pole lights for entrances and lettering for walls and other items that will enhance the front entrances will be reviewed next month.

New Business

1. Annual Picnic
   1. HOA BBQ will be August 24th at 5:30pm. Neil and Henry will cook the meat and the neighbors participating will bring the following: Even numbers will bring salads or side dishes and Odd numbers will bring dessert.
2. New Shed
   1. 5991 Virgil Ct approved for a shed on north side of home.
3. Little Library
   1. Little Library onetime fee is $39.00 all approved.
4. Mulch Piles
   1. There are two piles of mulch that are now available in the neighborhood for everyone to take.
