1. February Minutes
   1. Reviewed and approved.

New Business

1. Trailers & Boats 
   1. More discussion about parked boats and trailers. Neil spoke with boat owner twice in the month, Bob will follow up on Thursday 2-23-18.
   2. Other discussion about construction trailer parked on driveway next to Cindi. It has not moved or been used in months. Terry will try to get updates on remodel. It has been over a year with the trailer.
2. Fence Repair Reimbursement
   1. Receipt submitted for reimbursement of supplies purchased to repair fence and gate at the west end near the open space by Ron R. and Matt F.
3. Dues Increase
   1. Discussion to raise dues were tabled until estimates for tree trimming and removal of dead trees that surround trails property.
4. Spring Maintenance
   1. Spring Cleanup scheduled for May 5th with rain out date of May 19th.
