1. Meeting Minutes
   1. November meeting minutes reviewed and approved.
2. Treasurer’s Report
   1. Reviewed and approved.
   2. Added to the budget  $20K for neighborhood improvements and $30.00 a month for website security.
3. Denver Water Project
   1. Water project is behind 2-3 months. Bob will contact the Denver Water again.
4. HOA Improvements
   1. Dan Akerman will look  into Solar Lights for entrances and lighting at the mailboxes and should have a price from him by next month. Will review solar lights or locking mailboxes.
