New Business

Spring Maintenance
1. Bob and Terry will survey the fence and creek area. The usual weeding the entrances, ground maintenance. Flyers will be dropped off at each home to reminder them of the Clean up day.
Seasonal Ground Maintenance
1. Justin will continue to mow the outside perimeter of the development.
2. Trevor Smith will continue to weed the entrances.
3. Open position mowing the island area in the development.
