1. August Minutes
   1. August minutes reviewed and approved.
2. Treasurer’s Report
   1. Report approved and reviewed.
3. HOA Updates
   1. Pole lights for entrances and lettering for walls and other items that will enhance the front entrances will be reviewed next month. Henry will review Solar lights for the Entrances.

New Business

1. WM Contract Approved
   1. Approved WM contract. There is concerns about Waste Management new pickup rules. Cindi Post will reach out the representative to see if we can get one more can per home.
2. Pipeline Update
   1. Bob will contact St Louis Construction to see if they can come to the November meeting.
3. 17852 W 59th Ave.
   1. Paved Pad on east side of house a shed to be built. Neighbors signed off and board approved.
4. Mail Security
   1. Having issues with someone taking mail from neighbors.  Will look into installing more lights around the neighborhood and letting every know to beware that this is going on. Bob will contact Xcel to see about replacing the light bulbs in the exiting lights that have not be on for some time.
5. Quarterly Newsletter
   1. Looking into doing a Quarterly Newsletter hoping to have done by Oct 1^st and Cindi will mail out.
