1. Teasel Mitigation
   1. Matt reported on Teasel mitigation – $150/hr plus $45 for materials per acre.  Estimate under a $1000.00 total.  Matt to seek a full proposal.
      1. Need vendor to advise about toxicity and notify residents
      2. Timing
      3. Final approvals at August meeting
2. Shredding
   1. Shredding completed in the last couple days
3. Fall Clean-up
   1. Request by Board members for 4 dumpsters, 2 at each bridge plus on dumpster for metal recycle for fall cleanup.
   2. Ask Cindi to find out if WM can provideP.
4. Lighting Improvement
   1. Bob asked for approval to put a solar light over his and Don Ackerman’s mail box.  He has approvals from all neighbors in culd-de-sac.
