   1. Was a great turnout and there was over 40 people that participate this year. Big thanks to Neil for making all the meat.

New Business

1. Denver Water Project
   1. No current update from last meeting.
2. Suggestions for HOA Improvements
   1. Controlled burn in the open space to get rid of the thatch that has accumulated over the past years.
   2. Playground area designated for the neighborhood kids.
   3. Change the lettering on the front entrances.
   4. Change out the gravel to river rock.
   5. Add Benches around the neighborhood.
