1. August minutes were reviewed and approved.
Treasurer’s Report
1. No Report
Denver Water Project
1. No current update from last meeting. Bob will reach out to the Denver Water Board.

New Business

Suggestions for HOA Improvements
1. Landscape front entrances.
2. Solar post lights at the entrances.
3. Community WiFi.
4. Controlled burn in the open space to get rid of the thatch that has accumulated over the past years.
5. Playground area designated for the neighborhood kids.
6. Change the lettering on the front entrances.
7. Change out the gravel to river rock.
8. Add benches around the neighborhood.
