3. Denver Water Project
   1. Bob M had a meeting with the contractor doing this part of the project. They gave him a layout of where they would like to store the equipment on the property. Will contact the homeowners along the site area west of Easley. Will discuss further next meeting. Project is still scheduled to start this project November 2019.

New Business

1. Home Concern
   1. 17619 W 58^th neighbors concerned that no one has lived there since the house has been purchased.  See cars in the morning meeting and evening coming and going.  Susan will contact the local police. .
2. Insurance Review on HOA Policy
   1. Cindi P will reach out to our insurance company for a meeting. Need to reach out to Cindi
3. Election of new officers have been approved.
