3. Denver Water
   1. Water Pipeline update should be finishing by mid-September. When project is finished, Bob will contact the Project manager to do a walk through on finishing up the land scape of the open space.

New Business

1. Teasel Mitigation
   1. Matt will contact Jeffco regarding the removal of the Thistle in the open space.  He will also be getting quotes for removal.
2. New Fence
   1. Neil will propose a new fence idea that would replace the existing fence that runs around developments property line.  He will have the information available at the October meeting.
