1. September Minutes
   1. September minutes reviewed and approved.
2. Treasurer’s Report
   1. Was reviewed and approved.
3. Denver Water Project
   1. Bob contacted the Denver Water board and was told they will not be starting on the project that is adjacent to our development till mid to late 2019. This time frame was confirmed on October 24^th when the HOA Board met with Denver Water.
4. Suggestions for HOA Improvements
   1. Updates for the Neighborhood have been reviewed and approved.  The following will be done in the Spring of 2019.
      1. Commercial solar lighting for both entrances will be installed.
      2. Landscaping upgrades to the entrances which will include new shrubs, change out the gravel and update the signage.

New Business

1. Dues Increase for 2019
   1. A 10% due increase was reviewed and approved, and a letter will be sent out to home owners in November.
2. Insurance Review on HOA Policy
   1. Cindi will reach out to our insurance company for a meeting early next year.
3. Fall Dumpsters
   1. Roll off dumpsters scheduled for October 25-28^th.  There will be no branch removal and chipping this time.
