1. July Minutes
   1. July minutes reviewed and approved.
2. Treasurer’s Report
   1. No report given.
3. HOA Updates
   1. Pole lights for entrances and lettering for walls and other items that will enhance the front entrances will be reviewed next month.
4. Annual Picnic
   1. HOA BBQ will be August 24th at 5:30pm. Neil and Henry will cook the meat and Terry will help with set-up.

New Business

1. New Shed & Pad
   1. 17852 W 59th Avenue; paved pad on east side of house and a shed to be built. Will get approval and signatures from neighbors.
2. Landscaping Update Request
   1. 17795 W 59th Drive; updating their landscaping with new flagstone deck brushes and trees and flower gardens. Approved.
3. Fall Dumpsters
   1. Fall Dumpsters for September 13-18th. Bob will contact Cindy to order the dumpsters.
4. Denver Water Pipeline Update
   1. Bob will contact St Louis Construction to see if they can come to the next meeting.
5. Waste Management Trash Pick-up Rules
   1. Have had several complainants about Waste Management new pickup rules. Cindi Post will reach out the representative and give us an update for next meeting.
6. October Meeting
   1. Bob will reach out to Fosmire’s to confirm holding the September meeting.
