Dear Trails HOA Residents,

If you’re interested in improving the lighting around your property, you might wish to check this solar light out.  Myself and another HOA homeowner purchased and installed this light over the weekend.

The light is programmable for brightness and duration, includes a remote, and has a brightness motion detector if someone is around the mailbox.

If enough people are interested, the HOA may be able to get a discount; FYI the shared cost between myself and the other homeowner was approximately $800.00.
