Christmas and New Year’s Day Delay(s)

  • During a holiday week, trash and recycle service will be delayed by one day for all collection days that fall on or after the holiday. Normal schedule will resume the following week..
  • Christmas Day and New Year’s Day both fall on a Wednesday. There will be a one-day delay during the Christmas and New Year’s weeks for all HOA’s normally collected on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. All HOA’s that are collected Monday and Tuesday will be collected as normal.
  • Waste Management Observes the following holidays. New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Service/Weather Delay

  • If your individual cart/address is missed on your regular collection day, please call (303) 797-1600 to report the missed pickup. We typically return within 24-48 hours so be sure to put your cart out the following business days from 7am to 7pm for service.
  • In the event we are unable to service the community on the regular service day, such as with a weather delay, it is our goal to recover as soon as possible weather & safety permitting, often we are able to return within a few days.  Please be sure to continue to put carts out the following days from 7am to 7pm until our return. Residents may call (303) 797-1600 with any questions regarding the collection schedule.
  • If you would like to add contact information (landline phone number and/or email address)  so resident’s will receive a notification of the delay via our automated system, residents may add their contact information by calling Customer Service at (303) 797-1600. Having contact information on file will ensure that delay information is communicated in a timely manner.
  • In the event of a delay,  the HOA Support Team, FCHOA, also sends an email notification to the HOA Contact on file as soon as we learn of the delay.
