The Trails HOA is legally obligated to maintain its surrounding fence, trails, and paths, as well as perform flood mitigation clearing along No Name Creek, which passes through our neighborhood.
Over the years, the HOA Board has tried to keep costs down by using our own homeowners to do mowing, weeding, and most other maintenance tasks. This has allowed our HOA to keep our required quarterly fees as low as possible.
Workers are needed for fence repair, brush clearing, and gravel spreading. Additionally, helpers are needed for entrance clean-up, general trash pick-up, and general trimming and weed eating.
During the clean up weekend, there will be dumpsters provided for The Trails Homeowners to dispose of their own trash items. Dumpsters will arrive on Friday, May 4th. Please do not fill with brush, shrubs and limbs.
For yard waste, there will be chipping piles in two locations:
– NW corner of the Virgil Court bridge
– Open space at the corner of W. 58th Dr. & Windy St.
