Annual Summer Picnic
The HOA sponsors an annual picnic for all homeowners to enjoy. The picnic is usually held around the time school starts in August or September, located at the corner of Windy and West 58th Drive.
Coyotes
Many individuals in The Trails have reported encounters with coyotes. Coyotes are active in Jefferson County and throughout the Denver metro area. Read more for safety information.
Open Space
A wonderful asset to The Trails is the approximately 25 acres of collectively owned private open space surrounding the homes. The HOA actually owns and is responsible for this space.
Proposed Tollroad
There are opposing views on construction of the “Jefferson Beltway.” Two examples include the The City of Arvada and Citizens Involved in the Northwest Quadrant (CINQ).
RV Parking

Spring Cleanup
The Trails Homeowners Association is legally obligated to maintain its surrounding fence, trails and paths, as well as do flood mitigation clearing along No Name Creek.
