Trash is picked up Wednesday mornings. Have your trash to the curb by 7:00am.
Note: If a scheduled collection day falls on a holiday or the day after, collection will be delayed one day.
Waste Management (WM) accepts many types of household recyclables

Items that are NOT ACCEPTED
- GLASS – Ceramics, light bulbs, plate glass, containers that have held hazardous materials like motor oil.
- PLASTIC – Plastic bags and plastics with wide mouths such as butter tubs or yogurt containters.
How To Organize For Pickup
Bin 1: Paper
- Magazines, Office Paper, Paperboard, Newspaper, Junk Mail, Cardboard, Phone Books, Brown Paper Bags
- Recycle your shredded paper by placing it in a paper bag and stapling it shut, and placing it in the recycling bin.
Bin 2: Plastic, Aluminum & Steel, Glass
- Plastic: Plastic bottle with “bottleneck” openings, such as milk, pop, detergent, or shampoo bottles.
- ONLY plastics with a ’1′ or ’2′ recycling symbol on the bottom.
- Aluminum & Steel: Aluminum cans, pie tins, aluminum foil, steel/tin cans, empty aerosol cans.
- Containers should be rinsed and free of debris.
- Glass – Food and beverage grade glass only.
- PLEASE remove lids and rinse containers.
