The Trails Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation given authority by the State of Colorado to enforce the covenants, conditions, and restrictions and managing of the common amenities of TheTrails residential development.

The Trails is comprised of 90+ homes and approximately 25 acres of collectively owned private open space surrounding the homes.
